Keyboard or mouse?

We’ve designed Claire to be the fastest review and annotation tool.

And speed significantly influenced how your interactions are structured in Claire. You can use your keyboard for reviewing and annotating, and we recommend trying Keyboard shortcuts to see how they can make your work faster and easier.

Keyboard-first experiences are generally considered much faster than mouse interactions, but they come with a slight learning curve. To balance this, we’ve added an annotation menu 1 that can be used with your mouse.

Once you click on the menu, the menu will expand and offer you the following options:

1. Highlight a Block in green, gray or red 1

2. Remove an existing highlight 2

3. Add a note 3
